10 Years of George’s Greek Village: A Month of Celebration in So Many Ways!
What a month it has been at George’s Greek Village! As we celebrated 10 incredible years of serving the Niagara community, the past month has been filled with happy occasions, delicious food, giving back and so many wonderful memories.
Our 10th Anniversary Celebration
The highlight of the month was, without a doubt, our 10th Anniversary celebration! We marked the occasion with an incredible night of Greek food, music, dancing and plenty of fun. Authentic Greek belly dancers made their way through the restaurant and danced alongside the crowd, much to everyone’s delight, bringing an incredible energy to the evening.
The celebration continued with live authentic Greek music from Dimitrios Bogris, one of Toronto’s leading bouzouki players, who helped create the perfect atmosphere for a night celebrating a very special milestone.
Guests enjoyed a delicious lamb shank dinner feature (plus our full regular menu) while enjoying the incredible ambience. It was a wonderful night filled with laughter, music, dancing, great food and even better company.
Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our 10th anniversary celebration so special! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate a decade of serving Niagara.
Giving Back to the Community

Celebrating 10 years is also about celebrating the community that has supported us along the way. This month, we were incredibly proud to make a $86,000 donation to Community Care, raised through the proceeds of our Chicken Kebob Takeout Meal.

It was an incredible response from our customers, and we are so grateful to everyone who participated and helped us give back in such a meaningful way.
A Beautiful Fall at George’s Greek Village
And the celebrations haven’t stopped! The entire month has been filled with the beautiful sights and flavours of fall, including the stunning fall colours along the Welland Canal, which make the view from George’s Greek Village even more special.
George has also been cooking up some hearty favourites perfect for the season.

Mussels, scallops, shrimp and calamari tossed in our red sauce and topped with feta.
Traditional Pork Brizzola Dinner
And for something warm and comforting, there was our Traditional Pork Brizzola Dinner!
Pork Chop Dinner
Nothing says FALL FOOD more than an authentic PORK CHOP DINNER! George took it next level by featuring a 10 oz. pork chop and smothering it in a sweet-and-spicy apple maple chili glacé, then finishing it off with a sharp, creamy pinch of feta cheese!

This fall has been one we will always treasure! Ten years, countless memories and an incredible community behind us. We are so thankful to Niagara for continuing to support George’s Greek Village and allowing us to do what we love.
