With patio season alive and buzzing, ships gliding through the canal and a lineup of unforgettable features, summer is truly in full swing—and our guests are loving every second of it.

Loving the Lamb Burger with a Twist!

One of the most talked-about features this season has been George’s incredibly creative Lobster Lamb Burger so we had it make a comeback to our line up!

This one-of-a-kind masterpiece combines the rich, juicy flavour of lamb with the sweet, delicate touch of lobster—resulting in a burger that is as unique as it is delicious. Guests have been absolutely raving about it, calling it a must-try summer indulgence. It’s bold, it’s exciting and it perfectly reflects George’s passion for pushing culinary boundaries while still delivering comfort and flavour.

The Meal That Cares

At the same time, something truly special has been happening beyond the plate. Our Chicken Kebab Takeout Meal—which donates $2 from every order to Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold—continues to make an incredible impact.

While our new grand total is just around the corner (stay tuned for an exciting announcement next month!), our last milestone was already nearing a whopping $80,000 raised. With these meals flying out the door, we know the next update is going to be something truly special. It’s a powerful reminder that enjoying a delicious meal can also support the community in a meaningful way. Community Care plays a vital role across the Niagara region, helping individuals and families with food security, emergency assistance and programs that promote dignity and independence—and we’re so proud to be part of that effort alongside all of you.

Back in the kitchen, George has been bringing the flavours of the Mediterranean to life with another standout feature: the Stuffed Branzino. This European sea bass is transformed into a true culinary delight, expertly stuffed with a rich and creamy blend of whipped crab and feta. Light, fresh, and beautifully balanced, it’s the kind of dish that transports you straight to the Greek seaside. It’s authentic, elegant, and quickly becoming a favourite for those looking to savour something truly special this summer.

A Dining Experience

And let’s not forget one of the most unique dining “experiences” in Niagara—the constant flow of ships through the Welland Canal!

As guests enjoy their meals, they’re treated to the incredible sight of massive vessels passing by, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop you simply won’t find anywhere else. We’ve also brought back a crowd-pleaser that made a big impression—our 12 oz Rib Eye Dinner. Its return lined up perfectly with Father’s Day weekend, where so many families gathered to celebrate over hearty, flavourful meals. The rib eye delivered exactly what you’d expect: bold taste, perfectly cooked, and deeply satisfying. It was the ideal way to toast dads and create lasting memories around the table.
