Winter on the Canal: A Seasonal Shift
Another sign of winter settling in: our scenic canal-side patio has said goodbye to ship traffic until spring. The 2025–2026 Welland Canal navigation season officially wrapped up on 13 January 2026, clearing the way for routine maintenance until late March.
Even without the passing freighters, our all-season patio remains one of St. Catharines’ most picturesque spots to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine — whatever the weather.
