As a restaurant located in the heart of the Niagara Region, one of our top priorities is getting involved with our community.

This past month, we had the chance to do just that. During a visit to Community Care of St. Catharines & Thorold, Cheryl (George’s wife) and our Front of House Manager Daniela toured the facility and saw firsthand the incredible work being done every single day.

From food support and housing assistance to helping families prepare for back-to-school, Community Care is a lifeline for thousands across Niagara.

We were proud to contribute a few backpacks to help local kids start the school year strong—and now, we’re inviting you to join us in giving back!

George Visits with Family in Greece!

George recently traveled to Greece with his son Brian for a heartfelt family reunion—and we thought you’d enjoy a few snapshots from their unforgettable journey.

One of the highlights? Reconnecting with his first cousin from Australia, also named George Kountourogiannis. The two hadn’t seen each other in 25 years, and this was only the second time they’d ever been together.

Both named after their grandfather, their fathers are brothers—a bond that made the reunion all the more meaningful.

As George put it: “Family is everything.”
